Dr. Katherine Doyon grew up in Wayland, MA. She received her undergraduate degree in Veterinary Technology with a minor in French Language from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT in 2008. In 2012 she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in Manhattan, KS. Following graduation, Dr. Doyon moved back to Massachusetts to complete a small animal rotating internship at New England Animal Medical Center. After completing her internship she worked in emergency medicine for several years before deciding to return to her roots with the Emergency & Critical Care department at NEAMC. While she enjoys all aspects of emergency medicine, Dr. Doyon has a special interest in transfusion medicine, surgical emergencies, and trauma. In her free time, she enjoys skiing and playing team sports as well as spending time with her family, friends, and her cat Olive.
