Dr. Baker attended veterinary school at St. George’s University on the beautiful island of Grenada in the West Indies. He performed his clinical training at the North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
After graduation, he successfully completed a small animal rotating internship here at New England Animal Medical Center. He then spent three years working in emergency medicine before returning to NEAMC as a full-time Emergency Clinician.

In Dr. Baker’s time off he enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, renovating his house, and vacationing in warmer weather whenever he can. He cares for a freshwater fish tank and two parakeets at home, in addition to his two dogs Snoopy and Snuba, and feline companion Milo.
