We realize that for many clients the ability to pay for their pets care can be a major concern.
We offer many types of payment options but unfortunately we do not offer payment plans. The types of payment we accept are as follows:
Care Credit and CitiHealth Card are two payment programs that extend credit to clients. You can apply in person at our hospital for securing instant credit or via the internet. Approved applicants can utilize a portion or all of their approved credit line to pay for their veterinary services. Please contact us for more details on either of these options.
If your pet requires hospitalization, we will provide you with a written treatment plan. This plan will include itemized costs of proposed veterinary care which may include diagnostic tests, surgical procedures, nursing and hospitalization. The plan will give a cost range for the proposed services. This should help prevent any financial surprises when a final bill is generated. We do require a deposit be left for all hospitalized patients.
On occasion the treatment plan will need to be revised as a patient’s condition changes. Clients are always notified of any anticipated changes in their pet’s treatment plan.
When clients express that they have limited financial resources, we will do our best to work with each client to provide optimum care for their pet that fits within their particular situation.
