Veterinary Continuing Education
| NEAMC
certified as CE provider for Veterinarians & Technicians |
| NEAMC is proud to announce
that we have been certified as an official CE Provider
by the AAVSB's RACE program. This
means that for every 1 hour approved CE program we give, attendees
qualify for 1 hour of CE credit recognized by the Massachusetts State
Licensing board.
As a provider, we must submit each program for individual
approval at least 2 months in advance of the anticipated lecture date.
Although we anticipate that we will get official RACE approval for all of
our programs, we can only advertise the programs as "pending approval"
until we get the official word. We will try to keep this page up to date and
post the approval notice as soon as we hear from RACE.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call and speak with Dr
Russell (508-584-1600) or email us at
CE@NEAMC.com. |

A message about
continuing education.....
To our veterinary and
veterinary technician colleagues, by Dr. Neal Andelman.
We proclaim in our mission statement that we pledge to “Provide
our staff with the means to a acquire a veterinary education for their entire
career…Sharing our professional knowledge with other staff members, our
colleagues from other practices, and clients…”
We are fortunate to have boarded specialists on our staff
who have expertise in the various veterinary disciplines. We share this
knowledge daily in ward rounds, in surgery, in clinics, and with informal
in-house consultations. We hope that this website will provide you with a means
of readily sharing information with us. We hope that in turn you will share your
skills, ideas, and insights with us via this website or as a welcome guest at
the Hospital. We encourage comments and suggestions about our CE materials and
ask you to use the mailbox at this site.
We have instituted a regular program of original lectures
for our interns, resident, staff veterinarians, and staff technicians. We will
be presenting a written summary of many of these lectures on the website.
Veterinarians and technicians will each have specific website locations where
they can read and download information. We welcome you and your staff to read
and utilize these presentations. Current lectures will change periodically, but
be available in our archives as new material replaces the prior offerings.
